Spotless hotel, excellent staff & particularly good location to the south coast. Super, delicious breakfasts with fresh fruit and yoghurt, for instance. Overall a very lovely stay for 3 nights.

Awesome breakfast and cozy vibes!
Just spent 2 nights here and wow! Lyn was super cute and the breakfast was a feast, with options like local bacon and eggs. The garden is lovely for a chill afternoon, but the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times. A cozy stay that's perfect for visiting St Austell.

We had an amazing stay with our family, enjoying the cozy double room and the lovely continental breakfast with fresh coffee. The outdoor garden space and sun loungers were perfect for some relaxation after exploring the area. Just a heads up, the ensuite was a tad snug, but it didn't take away from our fantastic experience. 😊

The warm welcome and clean twin room stood out . The decor was tasteful, and a large TV enhanced comfort. Breakfast options were good, with fresh fruit and excellent tea, which really set the day off right. There was some noise from outside that occasionally interrupted the peace, and while the location was generally good, parking was somewhat limited at times. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality accommodations.
